Three Twenty at The Cascade
Three Twenty at The Cascade is the first phase of a multi-phased urban development project in the heart of downtown South Bend. Located on the river, this one-of-a-kind site is the first project of it's kind in the city. A mid-rise building hosting a retail first floor and six floors of luxury condominiums, I was involved in multiple phases of the design and construction process.
In the public areas, I assisted with the selection and procurement of custom light fixtures in the main vestibule and private lobby. I also was in charge of the procurement and installation of furniture and art within the private lobby and club room spaces.
Luxury condominiums were built per buyer stipulations. I assisted with the selection of finish standards for the project as a whole and with finishes and decorative lighting packages for multiple buyers.
Additionally, two units were slated for rental use. I created mood boards and assisted in finish selection for these units, as well as procuring decorative lighting packages. As rentals, I was also asked to create a budget and buy-out all furniture, art, accessories, and housewares for both units. One unit was rented without these items before installation. The second until was finished out under my onsite supervision.
